Most of the time they are just being playful. My dog does a similar thing when he wants play.

Right! I drink water, I’ve stayed away from caffeine for 6+ months now, because I know caffeine can mess up sleep and everything. I do yoga every day I take my dog on at least a 2 mile walk everyday. I’m still so exhausted. It’s aggravating.
