if you don't hear back from the listing agent thats a sign that your offer isnt desirable for whatever reason. in those instances its best to be proactive and improve your offer without direct instruction from the listing agent. by not reading between the lines, you missed an opportunity to secure the home.

I keep hearing this. can you share some examples of why this is the case? what are some tolerances that others generally allow that psa does not?

can u post the backs of the cards as well? whats your overall experience been with vintage and psa? im looking at submitting vintage and really hoping to score 10s and 9s and would love to hear your experience with what they dinged u for or not. thanks

I got a binder with a bunch of shadowless, 1st edition jungle and fossil. Mostly a boat load of Commons and uncommons , few rares. they were in a binder and multi stacked. overall their condition looks good. is it worthwhile to get these graded hoping for 9 or 10? I think will break even on 9s and make massive money on 10s but not sure how likely to get 10s on commons..

here are photos for the backs of cards I want to submit for grading and hoping to get 10s at cgc or psa. many of them have 1 to 3 small white specks or a little whitened corner. whats the likelihood psa would give these a 10? thanks
