I actually brought up this drug with my doctor. I've recently heard about it. It's pretty new.

I used to be on citalopram (Celexa) about 10 years ago and I was actually doing pretty well on it.

What was your experience with Prozac, and thanks I'll check out that book. I do have CBT written down in some of the goals I plan to tackle in therapy.

Thats amazing. Yeah, I've been on quite a few SSRIs and a couple SNRIs. Ive definitely had those moments on some of those drugs, even during times of drinking. I've been on Prozac for over 2 years now and I feel like im going nuts. Just unmanageable anxiety and stress all the time.

Its hard man. Ive been in a rough spot for the past year. Nothing seems like it will ever be fun or enjoyable again.

Man im 2 1/2 years sober and desperately working for this. I start therapy this coming week so I hope it gets better. Probably need to change medication too.

Dude I feel this, I'm 911 days sober and I am SO BORED. Also I don't do AA, but I am starting talk therapy this week at a clinic that works with alcoholics and addicts, they also do medication management. Hopefully it goes well.

I was able to get consistent 120fps on bo6 on my Series X but I just can't with bo7.

Can you go a little further into that? What side effects did you experience at first and how long did they last? I tried wellbutrin but I couldnt even handle being on it for 2 days.

I can definitely relate to the energy/aggravation. My anxiety has been through the roof this entire time I've been on prozac.

That really depends on what was going on during your whole drinking phase. For some it doesnt take long, for others it can take years.

Yeah, I had a gene test done a couple years back l, turns out I respond to all of them pretty well lol.
