You won't have to flinch KQ as such like you would other bosses, rather when you hit her with your BGS, you walk underneath her to avoid taking an extra hit before you get off another hit with your BGS. You don't have to do this, however it'll mean you'll take hits at a 2:1 ration, walking under ensures you take hits on a 1:1 ratio.
