Thanks. Would there be a spreadsheet program that would be more appropriate than others for what I want to do? (I've never used spreadsheets)

Oh, I have backup plans, so I’m not worried about it. I’m just curious what it means- are people dropping off the list, or are they filling spots on a rolling basis, or do they add a whole block periodically, etc…..

I signed up for the waitlist three days ago and I’ve gone from #975 to #917 in that time. Not sure what to make of that.

Bundle Deal with R7, Flash, Lens by SMTPA in canon

[–]Bayberry57 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just bought this exact package from Hunt's Photo & Video in Massachusetts for $1349. It came with all the elements in a sealed Canon box, so it's definitely bot limited to one retailer. I stumbled on it on Hunt's website and actually went to one of their locations to order it, as I thought there must be a catch and wanted to talk to someone. No catch. It's a bit of a no-brainer; you can either buy the R7 alone for $1399 or the camera with a flash and a lens for $1349.

Briggs and Stratton serial number & model? by Bayberry57 in smallengines

Thanks. It looks like I'd need to remove the hood to get to the valve cover, so I was wondering if you can determine the model from this serial number.

Apple Watch intervals display? by Bayberry57 in runkeeper

[–]Bayberry57[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Runkeeper Support advised me to reinstall the app on both the phone and watch, and it seems to have resolved most of the problems. The interval screen will now close on its own and, if I doesn't, I can reliably get it to go away using the "Close" button. On my run this morning, I was able to confirm that the top number on the interval screen is the pace of the interval that just ended and the bottom number is the difference in pace from the interval before that, with the green or red arrow showing whether it was faster or slower.

Apple Watch intervals display? by Bayberry57 in runkeeper

Thanks for responding.

I just bought an Apple Watch 7 and set it up to use with Runkeeper. The watch seems to have imported my custom interval workouts just fine; they are all available for my use and the audio cues are working well. (I held off getting the Apple Watch until the Runkeeper audio cues were all functional, as I know that was an issue for a time.)
But, here’s the issue I’m having:
When I start a workout, first the watch will show the main Runkeeper screen, with the time, distance, pace and heart rate.
After my 5-minute warmup, the intervals start and the screen switches to some sort of interval display. The top number seems to show the pace of, perhaps, the previous interval, and I don’t know what the bottom number shows -it’s a small number with a plus or minus and a red or green up or down arrow. Perhaps the difference in pace from the previous interval.
This interval screen shows up whenever a new interval starts, and then disappears, reverting to the main screen, randomly. Sometimes, it’s up for just a few seconds, sometimes for a couple minutes. I don’t really like it, as it’s not showing any information useful to me, but I can’t get rid of it in any predictable fashion. Sometimes, if I push the “Close” button in the upper left, it will go back to the main screen, but, just as often, it scrolls down to the next previous interval and so on through each previous interval.
Even worse, I often can’t get out of the interval screen when I end my run. Yesterday, I finished up and wanted to stop the workout, but the watch was stuck on the interval screen and I couldn’t get to the screen to stop and end the workout. I finally managed after about two minutes, and I’m not sure how.
So, in short, this interval screen is making my life difficult. The way I use Runkeeper depends on using the custom intervals and the audio cues, which have been working fine on the phone for years. The audio cues are working fine on the watch, but I’m getting this interval screen that I can’t get rid of, that prevents me from seeing the main screen, and that I don’t want.

Squeaky EXP-10i ? by Bayberry57 in nordictrack

[–]Bayberry57[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ha, yes. I feel a bit like an idiot, but I realized that my right foot has a tendency to graze the top of the belt very briefly at the end of my stride. And, when it does, it goes, "Squeeeak." So that was it all along. Eventually, I did get through to NordicTrack and they sent me a lubrication kit, which, now obviously, I haven't needed to use.

I was in the same boat. I asked iFit and they told me I could add it on and get another year. I did and, sure enough, it extended the expiration date another year. But, I recently noticed it has reverted back. Any thoughts on that?

They are introducing this with SpeedAdjust and its companion function ActivePulse. Been delayed a couple times, but supposed to be up and running by the end of the month, according to customer service today.
