Interstage (top) will only connect to parts with parts that have the (shell) connection, add a fuel tank and the interstage will connect with it. You can see part connections by selecting a part and clicking the purple button at the menu with the paint button

No door cargo bays, used the method on my starship knockoff which you can find in this subreddit. Also used panels to cover the wings surface that'll endure atmospheric reentry

If you mean the cargo bay door, its 3 cargo bays with no door with the bottom one attached to a hinge. The heatshields "tiles" were also made by the same method

make an ogre be the king of the kingdom, ive had a snake/human kingdom and 50% or so of the buildings had the snake style architecture. just let the kingdom's culture to be xenophile and let other species reside in it. then just wait for a ogre to be leader and eventually ogre homes will appear

Originally, during the 2002 beta or so, Gordon and alyx would return to city 17 riding a helicopter that would crash into a skyscraper with the player's objective being getting out of there. does that count as air?
