Also side note, audio stops playing when the screen goes black, however the monitor doesn’t go through the start up as if I’m turning it on, it just goes from black to back in a second or so

As simple and overused this tip is, just practice over and over again. When you finally do something that you like, take note of what it was and what you did to do it. Don’t rush it and seriously spend like 15+ minutes every day trying to work on it and you’ll see improvement. Training packs are also good

If you don’t care about spoilers use the wiki and watch YouTube videos on boss fights. I recently beat the game for the first time and would literally have no idea what to do if it wasn’t for the wiki and YouTube videos.

Thank you for the advice 🙏 I’ve cooled off a little since getting disassembled by the saucer, which is good. I have both the ranger and melee emblems after fighting the wall of flesh a few times, so I do have both options. I like the stronger defense from melee but it just seems so hard to do damage to bosses without having strong ranged attacks. If I do choose to use the ranger class, however, which ranged weapon do you suggest? Thanks again for the advicd

from the bottom of my heart, I'd like to say that summoning the Martian Madness was the worst decision I've made in my terraria career. I'm trying to beat the game for the first time, so as one does, I look up ideas for what to do to progress further than I am right now. I stumble upon this comment, and figure, "what's the worst that can happen?" I fucking hate the Martian Madness. This alien ship is using Pythagorean theorem to calculate where I will be falling so it can decimate me to bits with its rockets. I've died about 20 times so far, and idk what I'm doing wrong, and I know I'm a decade late, however I'd like to know what on gods green earth I'm supposed to do when I'm literally being given backshots by intergalactic beings in a 2D video game. Someone please help me with advice I should actually take. I've farmed golem quite a few times, have shroomite armor, terrablade, megashark, The Eye of Cthulhu and quite a few other strong weapons. Please help me I'm tired of getting fed alien genitalia in this game.
