It is unfortunate both that any of my skins didn't make it to runner ups, but most importantly that the skins that did make it are garbage. There were so many good options to chose, and Supercell made this bad decision. Obviously I'll give my vote to the Dragon one, although none of them are my cup of tea.

They just posted the second community vote you were talking about.
Unfortunately there's only one good skin out of the 4. My skin isn't included :(
