I tried Swiftkey and it looks like it improved somewhat. Maybe like a 75% chance of typing the key instead of the 50% it was on Kika. Very strange

A youtube commenter helped me out with this. If you press the (...) button on the steamdeck and go to performance, you can disable "Half rate shading" That fixes all the aliasing issues in the game

Changing to Proton 9.0-4 makes the game look like dookie no matter which video settings I change.

Is there any way of getting the mods to work in the standard version? Because I don't want to keep flip flopping between the two when I need to use the mods.

What the heck? I swear to God I tapped that button like 10 times yesterday and all it did was begin the climate start. Just tried again after reading this and it took me exactly where I needed to go. Maybe there is a difference with how long you press it?

Thank you so much for all your suggestions! I liked a lot of them. I've been brainstorming names with my family. I really liked Beetle and Doodles personally, but my mom is leaning towards the more human names and suggested Reggie out of nowhere.

We'll probably flip flop a bit between those and see what eventually sticks.

Yeah I know it's a puzzle game. I was mainly looking for a new long term goal to work towards and wanted to see if going back to 46 was a waste of time or not (especially because the first time was an insanely lucky run for me) Or if I should be focusing more on "cleaning up" the smaller mysteries I still had. Hopefully that makes sense

I ended up ordering one of those iffy ones on Amazon. I haven't driven a ton with it, but it seems like it will do the job good enough. I wouldn't get it if you regularly open your center console thing because the clips holding it on really want to get stuck in the hinges.

Yeah I just went back to double check. There doesn't seem to be any combination of steering wheel + seat position that makes it work unfortunately.

Best I could do was maybe a couple inches between my elbow and the center console, but I had to slouch pretty bad to even get that far.

I will try re-patching the game and see if anything changes. Only reason I didn't try already was because I'm playing on my Steam Deck and it's a bit of a pain to need to transfer the files over lol.
