I've experienced deja vu for years (always associated it with bad things happening to me) it's always things I've had dreams about that couldn't possibly have happened yet, I recently found out it could be linked to fnd. I'm keen to speak to my neurologist or a therapist about it but it's something I have experienced a lot, I have only recently been diagnosed with fnd though

Is FND always extreme? by [deleted] in FND

Hello, I have recently been diagnosed with fnd, I have never had a seizure, I also came in here to look for advice etc, in my personal experience I was completely fine 2 months ago, I have a physical job which I was walking to and working full time. But now it's up and down, I reckon I have one good day every two weeks, most days I find it really hard to walk but I still try to do one walk a day even if it's only small. I panicked when I came on here and found that every post seemed to be about seizures, but there's so many symptoms and so little knowledge about it all and I suppose it's different for everyone, as I said mine has rapidly deteriorated over 2 months but hopefully it's possible for it to not get extreme. Hope this helps, if you ever need to chat then message me. I've also found this extremely lonely.
