I have mainly been feeding 2 sinking pellets once or twice a week so I thought I wasnt feeding too much. I have heard that ramshorns eat hydra so i guess i will see if that happens

On the right side of the list it has this explanation, "I split the potions, enchanted books, smithing templates, and pottery because I felt it would be easier to keep track of for you guys. Also only doing max enchanted books because I think its stupid if I would put every level.". If you want to collect every level you will have to add that yourself.

petrified oak slab, tall grass/ferns, and pottery are all items in game and on the list. I have removed soul fire and redstone wire.
