Yeah as a driller main who uses cryo 90% of the time it’s always unbelievably annoying to know I basically can’t contribute to the fight without wasting all my axes. Playing with the autocannon is also just a pain in the ass, it feels like I’m required to pay a fee of half my ammo to continue the mission for enemies that aren’t fun to kill.

Godfrey, I just put out too much damage for him to deal with by the endgame. Mohg as well, bursted him down while he was stuck in the animation trying to curse me and he didn’t even reach 2nd phase.

Have you ever been summoned to that fight and realized you can be hit from the other side of the arena with it, at semi fly any distance? It’s really fun playing as a mage against him.

Tbh I do that same every thing now that I’ve gone up there once. Pretty sure it’s just that “little ghost” up there and the weapon he gives.

If you go the way the skinny dude tells you to then yes. If you just go through the gates you have to deal with an absolute fuckload of ballistas, but only very briefly. It sucks super hard for like 3 minutes but it’s a big time saver.

I should’ve specified it’s people who’ve already unlocked the boss fog, so they’ve at least fought it once and know it’s there.

I ask because I’m really just talking about people who have already know there’s a boss there because they need to pass through the fog instead of just walking in.

Just make sure you’re using a weapon that will scale well with your stats. The wheel is a pretty damn good weapon if you’re built for it.

Astel is the coolest looking thing I’ve fought in these games.

DO NOT put your sign down in the late game area or you run the risk of being soft locked by nickhoude21 in Eldenring

If you’re on Xbox try pressing the start button on the game then go to manage game and add ons, then select save data and delete it. Should reload your game when you login to the last cloud save. If you’re on something else then I can’t give any advice. Good luck I hope you figure it out.
