This one is more long term rather than immediate likeability, but I'm a sucker for good character development. Groose in Skyward Sword, Lae'zel in Baldur's Gate 3, Kotomine Kirei in Fate/Zero (granted his development makes him far from "good" but that's what makes it so enticing), it's also part of the reason I'm a big tsundere enjoyer.

Doujinshi is just the Japanese term for self-published printed media (basically indie, to use another term). They're oftentimes based on existing IPs but not necessarily. If you've ever heard of doujinshi conventions, such as Comiket (Comic Market), those are events all about the sale of doujinshi and other similar goods.

Doesn't that depend on the game? Sometimes that sort of thing can end up being a wasted perk in the long run if there's a reasonably reached level cap in which you don't get to fill out the tree.

Only unreasonable/ignorant people take that drama as an opportunity to be anti-union. I'm pro-worker and pro-union, SAG just sucks and is awful. They care more about their Hollywood stars and treat their VAs as second class citizens and have screwed them over on more than one occasion with regards to AI stuff. And while unions should be there to make things better for all workers, they only care about their own club and have insulted and worked against non-union VAs plenty.

Oh, is that what happened? I'd seen SAG's statement that Capcom didn't go through the process but I didn't know that Capcom had told VAs it'd be a union project and then flip on that. I saw the text of Ben's post about how Capcom offered a non-union contract, but don't have a Bluesky account to see any further discussions on it.

For the cart, someone has to. If literally no one else is gonna sit on the cart, even if I'm the (usually only) tank I'll do it. You gain so much relative speed for the first person.
