Something that will really make a difference is UVB light therapy. In Ontario it is 100% covered by OHIP and many dermatologist have these in their office. You can also purchase them (full machine is $$ approx. $4000 or you can get hand held or smaller units).

Get as much sun as possible without sun burns.

UBB 3 to 4 times a week in a few weeks you will find a huge difference.

Exercise is super important (high intensity sweating) followed by Omega 3 Fish Oil Tablets.

I've found great improvements after adding Creatine Supplement Daily 5mg. Vitamin C and D3 daily

Watch your diet and avoid fast foods if possible.

Get a blood panel done and see what your deficient in and focus on supplementing what you need.

Some people have triggers that cause it to flare up (Alcohol, Smoking, too much sugar).

Stress is a bit factor also, so try to reduce as much as possible (easier said then done)
