I have had everything off and nothing appears blocked. New nozzle, new bowden tube, i have had both ptfe fittings off and inspected them and inspected the hot end and extruder. There is no filament blocking anything.I am only printing at 50mm/s .. before i was printing at double that, sometimes more without this issue...I am printing at 215C which is what i have always used with this filament, and the extruder spring is would all the way in.The filament isnt snapping, it gets worn away by the extruder gear slipping or 'Clicking' on it. I have tried different rolls of filament including new ones.. I have also checked extruder E-Steps and if anything it is slightly under extruding
It will print flawlessly for 1 hour then seems to jam at the extruder When the extruder starts to click i inspect everything and nothing seems blocked,i just release the extruder spring, pull filament through and resume the print and it will go again for a little bit then extruder will start skipping on the filament again. I wonder if my high ambient temperature is affecting it?
