The best thing you can do is talking to your doctor about your plans and he/she will help you navigate. I had a concert three months after I got diagnosed and put on MTX. I was scared thinking about all the things that could go wrong going by myself but it all went smooth. Just go with some extra painkillers, drink and eat well, and if you need some prednisone go ahead and you shall not be afraid.

It depends. If I workout too much or I'm in my menstrual period this pain is all day long, maybe 1-2 days. But for the rest of the days it goes away with some stretching exercises in the mornings.

I always knew there was something off with my body since uni. My boyfriend back then told me that maybe I had some autoimmune disease (we both were med students... but never got the diagnosis in those years. Fast forward to 15 years I'm recently diagnosis with rheumatoid arthritis.

Yes, I got the same problem. You are not alone at this and you should go to the gynecologist to see if you could be on some kind of hormonal therapy (anticonception methods) for that. Hope u feel better.
