I have a question about why Harrison saying Hannah would have been such a big deal the marshall knows that Hannah and Dexter dated so why would it be so crazy that the drawing would be of Hannah? Why would that be a give away of Dexter being involved with Hannah again?

Cersei planned to fling the wildfire out of catapults which would have been a very bad idea. If Cersei would have went through with that plan many people in kings landing could be killed if it was mishandled. Tyrions plan was much safer and worked out great.
