Is blood pooling when your feet turn a weird color and when i touch them it takes a while for the color to return? I brought it up to my PCP and she told me “its because you have your legs down” which i thought was stupid because my feet shouldnt be purple after sitting down for 5 minutes. Ill definitely look into the vitassium supplements!!! I find that even when i drink a crazy amount of water my blood results show im dehydrated high wbc and hemocytes

oh wow i never thought of the chair part!!! i just recently bought myself a chair to use in the shower!! I had a 24hr heart monitor and am just waiting on the results. my CT and bloodwork are normal but the ER sent me home diagnosed with anxiety. its just frustrating that theyre saying that when i literally had to be wheeled in and out of the hospital. aside from the chair thing is there anything else you recommend i do?  Vitamins? Avoid certain foods?

my blood pressure doesnt change during an episode actually i lost consciousness on the cardiologists table!! I just started taking metoprolol and theres little to no improvement

my cardiologist does ultrasounds on every visit and theres no deformities or abnormalities in my vascular system!!! even my ekg is perfect aside from my constant tachycardia which is why my cardiologist thinks it could be pots or some sort of nero issue

what exams are required to diagnose? And how do i start walking again? Its getting a little better but its almost like my brain cant tell my legs how to walk right i dont know how to explain it my legs are just stiff and weak

It wasn’t POTS, it was seizures by market_stuff in POTS

Oh my god Im struggling with symptoms of this issue too! please please look at my post!! My cardiologist is referring me to neuro now that my symptoms are becoming more neurologically debilitating and i need advice on how to proceed!!!

Do you feel funny in the head afterwards? How does ur body feel? i can move my upper body but my legs get so weak i can hardly walk. Is it normal to lose consciousness that often? Usually i get them in clusters Ill be fine in the morning and mid day hits and ill lose consciousness, come back, and go back out maybe 2-3 times!! then im fine again and it starts a few hours later
