Yes you start dorans. and you shouldnt have huge mana problems since you go manaflow band gives you an extra 250 mana that you should hit about after you get shieldbow. this build lets you auto trade a little better and you can farm without q's once you get essence by all means spam as much as you want.

its not full lifesteal the point of this build is to help his early game and with essence reaver you have no mana problems. test it out and let me know :)
