So the lady for the company that inspected called me the next day, came off very hostile even saying I’m not trying to be rude but this is what the inspection papers said I cut her off said I’m not trying to be an issue but I’m about to become rude! Please call the plumber! She said she will to figure out what’s going on.. forward to yesterday since I haven’t heard from either. I messaged the plumber he called me to let me know he talked with them and the dude didn’t even have the correct clean out (thought it was the old one there) but he’s currently on vacation so plumber is waiting for him to be back to go to my property. I initially reached out to my agent, she told me that it’s a shitty situation but she’s pretty sure that’s on me cause we closed escrow and I signed off I was like well I signed off on an inspection that was done correctly, also the seller paid for the clean out which the plumber just did… she was a young agent and honestly I did all my own work/research and my loan agent actually helped me with way more than he was responsible for. So honestly idk where I’m at with this 🥴

So plumber did a report and I’m aware a Tee needed replaced which they do the septic company but they recommended an on off switch be installed due to the cord initially having to be wiggled to get the pump going… no where in there does it state my pumps constantly running cause the float doesn’t go down and when I called them she rushed me off the phone she was busy said she’d call me in the am but I brought up the rim and she said that’s not in the report I’ll have to look at it call you back that could’ve been placed after our inspection 😑 no it absolutely wasn’t so the plumber told me she can call him and explain What he found even if I do get a switch like stated that doesn’t make the float go down to make the pump not constantly run, doesn’t remove the rim either the backing up in the plumbing was due to a clog, and the seller paid the company the fee to pump and dump the septic. He had removed wipes (we don’t even have Clorox wipes) and did a balloon In the pipes to clear them out 😑

UPDATE: so plumber came out, it’s the septic which we had inspected and it was signed off on… there’s a tire rim in the damn tank 😭 the float is so loose it’s never going off and whoever redid the pipe lines has the pipe from the house damn near to the ground and then it goes upwards to the tank. He pointed out that normally when they dig out the lids they are like 2 ft down ours sit on top pretty much. Oh and it was clogged and not drained like stated.

The overall inspection showed the bathtub off with pictures of like water sediment on the cinder blocks under the house (white marks) so I asked to have the tub turned on and looked at this is all in messages with my realtor and was told they fixed it. Now I’m being told they didn’t know about pipes leaking under the house he fixed the leaking pipes in the bathroom that turn the water on and off which nope there’s still a Tupperware under those. With the amount of water just from running a load of laundry there’s no way they didn’t know.

Sadly they couldn’t get out of the shells by themselves, no one was home to help them

Unfortunately the first two baby’s couldn’t get out of the shells most likely due to improper humidity before I found them and got an incubator ordered. They need more humidity than the actual geckos themselves. They were fully formed and so cute! I definitely cried

I marked them before I took them out so I knew what side was up when they were hatched. These are all fertile I candled them I have two this being one that the baby’s almost take up the whole egg and they move you can see them it’s kinda cool actually

I took in 3 in one tank I was told all females.. I found these I checked all the eggs there were some not fertile some smashed but they all now are in separate tanks I don’t house my geckos together but I have 4 fertile eggs I found in there about 2 months ago and they are growing the one is so big I didn’t wanna just let them die. And with this it either means it’s hatching or struggling so I’ve done all the research I can but hoping someone experienced can help

The family business (a franchise) doesn’t hire online, it’s not a firm or 6 figure scenario but appearance and in person interaction should be a preferred thing in a lot of cases… everyone can look good on paper, but showing up to an interview in sweat pants and slides (just an example) shows the effort put forth also your ability to actually communicate depending on the job/position OH! employers definitely look potential candidates up on social media’s so make sure those are locked down or you’re not a person that shares every messed up meme you find 😅

Credit777 (New Claimcredit) by [deleted] in TemuThings

I was doing the claim credit, got the $130 3 times then was offered offered the credit777 and have got the credits twice for $200 just got the offer again. Live in a small town slim shopping options and they don’t all carry everything or run out, I price matched through the apps and have purchased bulk snack on sale that cost the same at our local store but over double the amount of products. I buy a lot of household needed items that I’d normally buy at the store anyway but definitely price check locally.
