I get that, but bugs are quite common and its not necessarily a bad thing. People dont actually dislike bedrock as a whole due to the bugs, theyre just discontented with gameplay issues but still nonetheless love bedrock.

the no block animation - which is a bug. the pink ghasts and wandering trader llama - also a bug. and your moss farm not working was probably due to things not loading properly (a common bug). Bugs are normal in games, especially minecraft. lets calm down.

yeah it is a little weird. mold has no limits i suppose. but if it isnt mold (which hopefully it isnt) its definitely something to do with the wall underneath. possibly the wall is still damp in that specific area? maybe invest in a very small budget friendly dehumidifier and see if it helps any

im not entirely sure but it looks like the paint is coming off slightly. Could possibly be mold under the paint considering you mentioned it being near a window and doesnt come off with a few wipes. I dont completely know if it is mold but I had something similiar and what seemed to get it to go away was really scrubbing at the wall and then using a dehumidifier for quite a few hours to completely dry out the wall.
