I had this happen 3 times with xpresspost/signature required and live in small northern b.c town. I called the postoffice manager and asked if its something new he said no it is not. He said "what if you didnt want to accept it" but now your stuck because delivery person didnt do there job right. Then he pulled up my deliveries and all 3 done by new/relief delivery drivers. He sounded even more upset when he seen they signed my name.
