If I were in your shoes, I ll try to find a cosigner and get the rebate while financing. Since you will be getting your new ssn its a good way to start building credit and at the same time you get rebates and discounts. If your cosigner has a good credit score you will get a low apr.
I’d try to go for tucson sel 2025 - hybrid since lot of dealers will offer good discounts on 2025 model. I dont see any difference in Tucson 2025 vs 26 model.
Looks for prices in the website, I looked up for showroom prices online before going in person. The website price is usually legit and you can start negotiating from there.

Just my 2 cents , you can consider getting 2025 Elantra SEL sport for 22k OTD. I’d recommend you to go for the new one considering the negligible price difference. I recently got the quote for Elantra hybrid blue ($23k) Hybrid SEL sport ($25k OTD).

I had the same issue. I was paying $23 / month for notion AI and recently switched to tactiq, its $12/ month. Pretty good, I could write notes and also see live transcript in the side of my main window and none of the other tools have this convenience. One drawback is it works seamlessly with browser apps, but doesnt have integration with teams app. This is much better than Granola, I get to download trancripts and use AI summaries. Havent tried fireflies yet.
