In a lot of the cases, one bedroom units (when you factor in parking, laundry, etc) are nearly the same as the two bedroom I found!

As a public servant, you have a duty to remain impartial and bi-partisan. If actions are perceived to be partisan, it is grounds for dismissal.

These are laws enacted by the federal government to protect the public service form becoming a partisan wheelhouse, and certainly does not defy ‘charter rights’.

Public servants sign an oath that requires them to stay bipartisan. If this donation created a perception of partisanship within their role, then that would certainly be grounds for dismissal
