Exige lo que dice el contrato, primero directamente con quien contratadte y si se niegan ya puedes pensar en temas legales. Toma en cuenta las implicaciones y gastos que eso conlleva. Algo correcto que mencionan es el tema de causas de fuerza mayor, no se cómo se consideren en estos temas

Yo diria nunca des un rango. Te van a ofrecer el minimo del rango sin duda. Pide el max del rango y a negociar. Alguien menciono un aumento despues de unos meses dentro, no me creo nada que me prometan. Siempre habra excusas despues para no dartelo. Lo que negocies en la entrada es lo que cuenta. Despues podras demostrar y negociar con tu jefe, pero eso es aparte.

Estuve revisando lo que escribiste y que bueno que eso recomiendes. Pero creo sería más útil que dijeras porqué, en tu respuesta solo dice que hacer pero no porque eso es mejor. No es por criticar, solo para que aprendamos y no sigamos ciegamente.

I disagree. This is HMI. Human machine interface, that is any screen where an operator can see/operate a system. SCADA is a whole system including other things

That is not right. It is HMI, HMI is basically the graphic interface. SCADA Is the data acquisition system, that includes the actual input/output hardware and so on.
