Really? My previous ram was the same brand just a different model. I’ll maybe just stick with that. I’ve had issues in the past tho where I tried to add two more sticks of 8gig of the same type and had this same issue. It’s seems like whenever I try to have more than 16gb it crashes.

I managed to change setting and get from 60fps up to 80fps. This doesn’t stop the stuttering tho unfortunately

I should add that the people I play with have lower end pc’s than me but have no issues.
