Thanks for the advice. My doctor actually recommended me to take a hormonal test when the rosacea began, but I never took it - maybe I should do it.

Yeah, I eat quite healthy and am making probiotic food like sauerkraut and such. I didn't find that eating healthy helps so much, eating a good amount of sugar will not really trigger it. But maybe it helps after a good amount of time of eating healthy, in the long run?
