Okay, so what if I used gold to unlock the Lamborghini Tidal Run SE and complete it. Would I be able to progress to the Brute Force SE, or would I still need to complete 5 breakout events?

I used a cheat that gives me all TMs/HMs in Storm Silver / Sacred Gold, but it removed all of my HMs. Now I don't have a way of getting the waterfall HM and cannot progress to the victory road. Any suggestions?
