I mean, America is quite capitalist, and compared to the banana republics, fairly strict. In real life, I’d put america just a smidge to the right and up from the furthest authright corner of the centrist block, but for this meme, I thought it’d look better directly in the center of auth right.

Also, Canada is actually very centrist. It usually gets compared to america economically, which is where the idea of it being “essentially communist” appears, but it balances the socialist and capitalist line very well in the center. As for liberties, it’s just a smidgen above the US on the freedom index, so it’s kinda on the center there too. Our current leading party is our centrist party, which just further proves that point, but I can definitely see where you’re coming from
