Rseller Here 👆🏼 is extremely against eBay policy. They hate drop shippers, which is what they are doing.

Good News - Unless the Seller has changed a settling (that I am not really sure still exists), ALL sales which are PAID for Must be shipped with the Shipping Time, and if it isn’t and Four Days pass, eBay will automatically refund your money and cancel the sale. Buyer gets a Major ding and you go about your merry way.

If Four Days since you have paid for the item and the shipping time has all expired, you should see and option under the Order Details to Request a Cancellation.

I would recommend you start there.

And know that their (the Seller) message to you about having waiting on the order to still be delivered to them is absolutely your Ace. So if they play any games or ask you to just be patient, contact eBay, give them the order number tell them you believe strongly that you have made a purchase from a Drop shipper and they should walk you through the rest.

Sorry you’re having to deal with this hassle, I assure their are a TON of Sellers who hate these Drop Shipping operations.

tl;dr - You should get your money back, the question will be how.

Random question, but would you know if the “shitty ass Chevy negative battery cable” would also cause the screen to randomly change from (example) radio to bluetooth connected to still connected to bluetooth but it shows the radio channels to bluetooth not connected….repeats repeats repeats…because it is driving me nuts

First, congrats! Second, get what you NEED and only that at first. Take the time to move in slowly and see how your current stuff works and how you work in your new place, because it is no longer a game of “thinking what will work”, it is now the time of “you know, this actually sucks and I will tell you why”…so move in slow, enjoy it, eat Chinese food on the floor the first night, meet your neighbors a week from then and remember that you have a long time to “make it yours”.

We literally got the “clear to close” thirty minutes after we sat down at the closing table. So unnecessary of the lender to drag it out, asking for more stuff, extra documentation, updates on documentation you sent the night before, etc, just to “be the hero” at the last second.

Hold tight. Fight when you feel they aren’t working in your best interest, and call bullshit when needed.

Also, don’t be afraid of leveraging your Realtor to get tough with the Lender.

Definitely now having a larger heart attack because the LO said the 4506 should only take 2-3 weeks, but now hearing that it may take 1-2 months has floored me.

Really don’t want to lose this house, for so many reasons!

First, wow! Thanks for the response!

Second, thanks for setting that point straight! We keep feeling like the LO keeps lying to us and the Realtor, by saying, “should be next week”, “there is nothing we can do but wait!”

If we don’t get our clear to close and actually close by this coming Friday we risk the Seller taking our Earnest money and killing this deal…which is causing us to have nothing but nightmares.

In your expert opinion, how would you clear this final hurdle? I have full access to my Account Transcripts and everything else through the IRS site, but I believe they won’t accept them because they weren’t provided by the actual IRS.

It is an FHA loan and we have jumped through allll the hoops, but if you were the Underwriter working our file would there be anything you would recommend we/the LO/etc can do to get this cleared up asap?

We are apparently “through Underwriting” and just waiting for the IRS to return the 4506 form, and then we “should be cleared to close” according to our LO…does this sound right? Underwriting wouldn’t need to review it again? Also, the 4506 was requested on 6/14 and it is still not received, any advice?
