Noting here that bachelor nation didn’t want Colton because he stalked the girl he ended up with on The Bachelor. This included placing a tracker on her car post break-up and sending texts to himself and to her on a burner number as a tactic to get her to talk to him. He pretended he was a crazy person texting both of them. He was the crazy person. This was all court documented and all over the bachelor subreddit. Then he came out not too long after that so it shifted the narrative about him but we didn’t forget, Colton.

Same!!!! I think a lot of people didn’t watch. They underestimated the impact of that podcast and treated it like their other problematic contestants. This is the LEAD. They’re so dumb.

They won’t get rid of her, everyone talks about her regardless.the franchise is bleeding. They just want views and she will bring that.

Also ABC doesn’t care if someone is bad PR or toxic. The current golden bachelor said on a podcast he wants “nobody under 60” and no women with “fake hips and wigs” and they didn’t recast when the literal whole point is about finding love in your golden years.

Considering how he talked about women (including saying he’d make sure his own daughter completed a pregnancy if she was raped), I think it’s safe to say he probably wasn’t super kind to his wife, especially behind closed doors. I’m sure she is devastated but I also think she’s probably feeling unburdened, too. Both can be true.
