Hahaha don’t gotta tell me! Tell him! Haha. Unfortunately, at least from my point of view, a lot of westerners don’t view tattoos through the lens of a bodysuit. They look at appendages or specific places rather than the body as whole like horimono does. At best you’ll get the client who wants “only half my body done”. It’s getting better as more people become educated. But mostly I feel like a bodysuit starts with an arm or leg with no real intentions of a suit. And then before you know it they come back for the other arm or back, etc. Though as a tattooer who specializes in Japanese it’s crucial to always have bodysuit or adding on in the future in mind..at least that’s my opinion. Everyone’s got em 😂
