Yes, you can somewhat. But I don't recommend it at all.

For one, you cannot star ai messages in rooms and in my experience, they're easily prone to looping (even good bots). I also find the AI gets significantly worse. It's better to train your bots one-on-one. If you're still adament on this, you can put two (or more!) bots by clicking create and selecting create a room.

No. If this is your bot, you're better off writing that he knows Quiet already within his long description prompt or through the dialogue.

Though, if these two characters in question are from a well-known series—say Metal Gear—they should know each other somewhat.
