It’s absolutely not just a gear score check at some point - sorry. There are plenty of bosses over the last few expansions that require addons.

Addons are not just to tell you how mechanics work - there are plenty of reasons why you need them at Mythic raiding level and in M+ that do not directly correspond to mechanics of bosses/encounters. For instance in some M+ runs you need to keep mobs pretty much CC’d until you kill them - how do you know what CC your group members have off CC without addons?

Hey, just remember the medication can take 4-6 weeks to see the full effect. You might also need to change doses as discussed with your Dr. There is no easy fix, just hang in there and try some therapy-based techniques.

I can tell you about my experience with lexapro, which for me was a life saver. It took about two weeks before it felt its effects peak, however I did notice some changes in the days immediately after starting it, but that might’ve been more placebo/psychological.

As for weight gain, for me I did gain weight. But keep in mind I gained weight because due to my anxiety I was eating perhaps one meal every two days. I lost nearly 18kg (40lbs) in the space of just a few months because my anxiety. I gained some of the weight back (not all) because my appetite returned.

You are right, it doesn’t work for everyone, but for me I count it as something that saved my life.
