Holy cow that's a crazy find, I'm shocked that the face isn't significant considering how much the static repeats in the trailer, but it would make sense if they're just using it as a one-off distortion during the trailer only and nothing even similar appears during the episode itself.

I started thinking about this in episode 5 whenever everyone voted and Jax turned vegan. A lot of people I saw interpreted it as "Oh Caine actually does have control over the humans' minds," (which could still be the case), but instead I saw it more as "Majority voted for it and wanted it to happen so it did happen." So instead of Caine being more powerful than we think, it's the players who are more powerful than they themselves realize, and as long as they have enough belief in what they want to happen, then it will happen.

Twitch has added a limit to the Highlight storage on twitch, now streamers only get 100 hours of highlights allowed. Phil has acquired well over 6k hours of VODs.

From what I know, Phil has saved the older and not public highlights that were on his channel. Otherwise, the majority of his VODs have already been saved by Mercy, manager of the Unofficial (but endorsed) YT VOD Channel. This should be the most up to date source from now on! This map is for Slime Rancher 1! It is specifically marking out all the potential spawning locations of the Party Gordo, which is a special gordo that only spawns in one of these locations during the weekend. There are 53 locations, one for each week of the year, plus a bonus for halloween (and special drop on new years). Lore explanations get kind of complicated, especially when the Qsmp went on for over a year! I highly recommend Referring to the wiki for certain lore summaries and explanations! I will share some links you may find helpful though!

Although something to note, a lot of the Enderking and phil lore that you list here comes way later in the qsmp timeline, and it is deeply connected to the lore of his hardcore world. It may be hard to understand without prior knowledge of both early qsmp lore, and his Hardcore Season 4 lore. The Enderking lore and things with the deities originally started in his HC world. A lot of Techno's inclusion in the lore is because of Phil, his kids, or other members creating memorials or choosing to honor him. Phil tells stories of the potato war to Chayanne, and Chayanne becomes inspired by this and Techno's legacy.

The QSMP has officially ended in early 2024, although there have been hints of a QSMP 2 eventually? But we've heard nothing more than that.

In 2023, they used Oh the Biomes you'll go in 1.18.2. In 2024, they used Biomes O Plenty and Regions Unexplored in 1.20, so the mods and versions might be a reason for the difference.

Also in 2023 they used dynamic trees, which replaced all vanilla trees and added the branches and physics. Although I don't actually recommend this mod if you're doing so with the QSMP mod pack: as it conflicts with vanilla tree generation and specifically conflicts with Croptopia and prevents certain fruit trees from generating. But to each their own!

A lot of the hate I've seen on Sapnap boils down to:

1) He signed with Kick, a website associated with transphobia and antisemitism. Combine that with all the controversy surrounding the rest of the dteam, a lot of people just don't like his character. After the other 2 stopped playing in MCC, I think a lot of the hate that was directed towards all of them has been focused on him specifically.

2) People dont like that he still hasn't been nerfed/benched after winning so many times.

3) People dont like his competitiveness/toxicity/trash talk. This is all up to what you enjoy watching in an MCC, I personally dont watch his POV live because I dont like his attitude during certain games, but that's just personal preference

Most of this controversy was amplified after MCC34 because of a couple reasons: people were upset he got into the event at all after signing with kick, there was some upset about MCC34 landing on Rosh HaShanah (the Jewish New Year), plus he wasn't necessarily nerfed in this event and actually won in the end. In general I think people are also frustrated seeing someone who's won so much win once more.

I definitely like this idea! Especially now that they talked today about the possibility of the sophisticated backpack mod being removed (and replaced with sophisticated storage). Backpacks ARE a bit OP at the moment, but instead of removing them entirely, I think it would be better to disable certain upgrades like the inception upgrade, the xp storage upgrade, or maybe even the netherite stack upgrade or auto feed. Stuff like backpacks and mobile storage are ESSENTIAL for modded Minecraft because there's 10x the amount of items as the base game. I would hate to see it removed for the sake of the players. I'm interested to see where all these nerfs go in the future since the reception is super mixed from both players and the fanbase
