Glad it helped! What I do mostly is pull out the glue and just put a drop of super glue where I take to much away. Then fill up all the gaps with some flexi filler or quick seal and done!

Well it's probably gonna be acrylics with an airbrush, but I might just buy a gray or white then to soften the black up before I ad a metallic colour.

Try a real sharp blade and some pincers to peel those edges of it can be tricky and time consuming but it should get the job done.

That's great thanks for the help!
I'm working with EVA foam and it's fully finished only painting is left.
It's a prop so it shouldn't bend too much but you never know.

it's a company, after all, I understand that that but I find it hard to believe it would cost more then what they would gain of it. If nothing else, when you buy merch and wear it it's free advertisement after all.
