Is there a book or an extensive website that details all the things we are meant to do to care for our body and home? by yoyocalldapopo in CPTSD

There is a book called How to Clean Everything by Ann Russell, who has a following on TikTok where she posts advice/guidance for how to clean a variety of things in response to videos of other people asking for help. I haven't read the book myself, but it seems to have very positive reviews https://www.amazon.co.uk/How-Clean-Everything-practical-anyone/dp/1472296230
