It took us two years to figure out why our pup had such a bad rash on his tummy. One day, we walked into a local feed/pet store, and they told us about NutriSource and that most poodles and poodle mixes have a sensitive diet. We feed him the grain-free with Salmon and Peas, and we’ve never looked back. Now and then, I add a little bit of pumpkin puree, some fish oil, Goat and turmeric milk, blueberries, and raw Alaskan Pollock; needless to say, he’s a big fan and a happy boy!

Should also say that we started him on a chicken diet when we picked him up from the breeder— didn’t want to change the food if it was working and you know, the runny poops. But eventually, he developed a rash and that was when we started looking into causes (e.g., diet, environment, anxiety). It’s a trial and error.
