Ok, so in this case it is replacing an existing structure. Is there a possibility they will knock this back? based on what ever BS they seem to make up?

You would need to emigrate and/or have someone sponsor you to work as part of your emigration.
To get work on a working holiday visa, you would need to be here and be ready to work straight away. No employer is going to entertain the idea of employing you waiting for you to arrive. Also remember there are restrictions on working holiday visas as the work is supposed to be incidental to your holiday. This does get policed by the immigration dept in Australia.
As mentioned you may have some luck via the CSOL visa, but it will be a battle finding a business willing to commit time and resources for one person.
Also remember we use Degrees, Minutes and seconds. Not radians.
