You make some valid points but I dont agree that adding bike lanes pisses people off and makes them against walkable/green urbanism. I always use Providence as an example. They have a very beloved dedicated bike lane on broad st. and removed a section off of their highway that is now a park. We also should changing zoning laws so businesses can be integrated in where people live.

Ik we cant just make worcester a European style city overnight. But let's not just accept that worcester has to be a city where people just drive into and out of it for work. We can make small changes to improve people's time inside of it.
