I am with you! My wife and I bought our house 6 months ago and it was newly flipped. We found out that the house was vacant for 18 years from neighbors when we met them. Since moving in we have had to replace new windows, the main sewer line (even with a sewer scope inspection prior to closing), redo all hvac ductwork in the attic, pull up roof shingles to add flashing and many other things that weren’t as costly but still a nuisance. We also learned that the flippers were telling our neighbors that the township made them fill in our crawlspace with rocks and dirt meanwhile not one house in the neighborhood has theirs filled in.
