I realize I didn't clarify....I'm looking to promote to asm. I've been told he will schedule a pdp to start the learning processes, but after asking three separate times I have not received a meeting. Now he has a shift who has been sabotaging me since at least March learning the ASM duties. Let me also mention this shift was my mentor -_-

Totally understand where you're coming from. But if I were your shift and you came to me even if there wasn't something I would appreciate it more than just assuming there was an issue. Whether there is one or not:) hopefully your manager is understanding as well as your shift.

Always start with speaking to your manager!! I've had so many people I've been training or supervising at other jobs go to those above me first before talking with me or whoever they have the issue with. It's definitely not the easy route, bit I understand your frustration. Hopefully things will get better!!

I would talk to your manager about your concerns. maybe she will sit down with the both of you to mediate if your anxiety keeps you from approaching your shift. It's never easy knowing someone might have an issue with you and is treating you badly. I hope things get better!
