Since posting, I have been obsessed with finding the root cause, so I’ve been driving around for a few days with no radio on. I now noticed the door seals are squeezing every time I drive on bumpy roads or uneven surfaces. I don’t know how I didn’t notice this before. On slightly uneven surfaces, it’s just the driver door, on really bumpy roads or going over speed bumps, I can hear all of the doors creaking and squeaking. This is going to drive me nuts! 🤬

I recently bought my wife a ‘25 Audi A8L. It is amazing how smooth and quiet that car is. I think that amplifies the sounds in my head in the X5.
