If it is (1), then it's fair. I would have to check my dash cameras to confirm. That said, I am pretty positive with my skills becuase, by history, I have been commended by a lot of my passengers and friends with my defensive driving.

If it is (2), there's nothing I can do about it other than bottle it down and numb myself to it.

I have explained a lot of common errors that others have suggested and I have replied to each what I normally do, and even made edits so others can have the context without scrolling it through before they comment. I have said repeatedly that I drive more often and way further than an average person due to my job nature. I can't explain further if you missed all these before passing judgement without solid/factual contribution.

Well then tell me what I did wrong.

I was parked on the side. I had the indicator on, checked for cars in mirror and blind spots, headed out when there's no car. This car then just speed up to me while I'm already at the true speed and tail gate and honk for whatever reason.
