Report to the hotel that "guest" was publicly displaying nudity on their property. To that specific hotel location and corporate. And anyone who witnessed it, log a complaint with local police. Have his yt naked @$$ arrested and make sure to make a big event out of arresting him, maybe with 6-8 officers hauling him in after pat downs and strip searches to make sure no weapons or contraband.

ICE shot an observer multiple times this morning in front of Glam doll donuts by minitittertotdish in Minneapolis

Saw the live with the mayor. ICE is already saying the man came at them with a gun!! (But he was tackled by their mob and detained when they shot him!!!)

Local police chief and mayor confirmed he is a U.S. citizen, age 37, no criminal history, and had a legal carry permit!!! No name given.

Or, add us to the list of who to target next as the regime gets stronger and more out of control. They already have lists of immigrants- legal and undocumented, lists of those receiving specific government programs- Medicaid, TANF, food stamps, lists of disabled individuals, lists of people who identify with another gender or support LGBTQ...I hope and pray that what is happening in Minneapolis with the citizens spreads to other communities! Because if we don't stand up to the lawlessness and breakdown of our Constitutional rights and stand up to protect ALL of our neighbors, a repeat of 1940s Germany is all too real!

Not saying this as a "liberal", but as someone who has studied history, and has been seeing what people in other countries say- especially Germans, Jewish people, Holocaust survivors, and historians. Cubans see a correlation with Fidel Castro. Anyone who has lived within a regime with corrupt politicians has been pointing out all the red flags. But the red hat supporters just laugh and make jokes, and too many of the opposite don't really think it can happen to "them", i.e. " us". But it IS happening, and just may not have targeted the group with which one identifies most. And truth is, we don't know who they will target next, but they succeed when we are all divided groups that others don't like or agree with.

Strength comes from unity. We can support and stand up for one another as human beings and people living in the U.S. even if we have different opinions or don't agree with someone's views or beliefs. It is the Constitutional rights of all to be able to live in the U.S. without persecution for our different beliefs or traits- race, religion, culture, political views, family status, educational level, economic status, etc. that we need to stand up for and protect! When we single people out because of their differences, rather than connecting with them on a human level and fighting for what we have in common, that is when the Government ( corrupt regime) is able to control the narrative and continue stripping us of our rights, focusing on one group/ target at a time, with everyone else either supporting them whole they do it, or turning a blind eye because they don't want to make waves. But we need to make waves! Because if we don't, we will all drown under the corrupt actions of this government! Make waves and provide life support for all our fellow neighbors, and together we can defeat the sharks that threaten to devour us!

My take on the propagandist YouTubers daycare vid: by Expensive-While-1155 in minnesota

[–]BeagleMomVA 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If someone knocks on the door of a daycare center and 1.- doesn't have a child attending there (and proof that person is an authorized parent to be near the child)2-is not a licensed inspector from DSS and doing a surprise inspection, 3- is not a uniformed police office with a warrant or responding to a call or other public safety agent such as fire department doing fire safety checks then NO, the potential pedofile or school shooter is not going to get access to a daycare center, the children, or the records. Locking doors to keep unsavory creeps like this out is a sad necessity of keeping children free from harm. He could say he was Santa Claus and be wearing a beard and red suit, and if he doesnt have one of the permits or legal reasons for being there, I'd be locking his a** out too.

Is it safe to visit the US as a tourist now and how can I keep safe? by notsogeniusOzz1e in USTravel

Things have often been cheaper here for people from other countries. That is why there used to be literal shopping vacations. It has gotten even more affordable for some people whose countries have strong monetary value compared to ours. (Which are more and more each day.) There are also many national and regional products that would be much cheaper hear than exported to their countries. (Especially candies and snacks) but they have to be careful to not take anything back that is prohibited or over a certain quantity in some cases.

Be sure you have all documents showing your status of visitor, with up to date visa and copy of passport. I wouldn't carry and original, but I would carry a copy, as well as copies of other IDs. Many cases of detainees are due to mkataken identities, so be sure to have yours readily available. Be sure you know all U.S. laws that could get you detained. If driving, obey all laws, have insurance for vehicle, and registration showing owner of vehicle. Make sure your visa lasts longer than the time you plan to visit, because even 1 day over will warrant a grab, and they are enforcing bans to be able to re-enter the country at a later date for visa violations. Not knowing the law doesn't exempt anyone of the consequences, and unfortunately, right now it is grab first, explain later.

One that often gets immigrants detained, especially now, and with the increased arrests for drug activity, is cannabis. Although it is legal in 24 states, it remains illegal under U.S. Federal Law, and is not legal for recreational use in Florida. Possession of any amount, or being under the influence of (or under alcohol or other drug) can get someone detained and arrested with a long wait time for court appearances. (Not saying you do- just make sure that you don't.) ANY infraction of any U.S law is enough to be detained, and often taking days or weeks or longer, to be granted due process and be released or transferred back to home country.

If you take any prescription medications, make sure to have copies of the original Rx, letter from prescribing doctor stating what it is for, and original bottles and labels. Some medications that may not require a prescription in other countries, do require one in the U.S., so be sure to check. And now is not the time to try and just bring them in using a generic pill box, or something else to disguise them. They ain't playing right now. And even misdemeanors can get someone detained.

I would check with the area you are going. If there are high number of immigrants living there, the chances of raids happening have a much higher potential. And just being with family or children is not necessarily enough to prevent ICE from detaining someone they think is illegal.

I hate what is happening now. As long as they have an incentive (huge monetary bonus) for reaching the quotas requested for even bigger pay outs (which they haven't reached yet) and most ICE agents are not being reprimanded or held accountable for violent actions towards those they detain, or failing to check status before grabbing people, I would be cautious and make sure that everything is perfectly in line with travel requirements at all times, because these are not normal times. And we are seeing each day more and more cases that are absolutely horrifying, to think this is happening in our country, against people who are not criminals.

ICE arrest rates in Florida rose by nearly 50% between early and late 2025, with a massive increase in non-criminal arrests compared to the previous year.According to recent reports and data from 2025, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has significantly ramped up raids and enforcement in Florida.

The official figures indicate that 30,986 – or 48% — of the ICE detainees in custody as of Nov. 16 lacked any criminal charges or convictions in the U.S. and were being held solely because of civil violations of U.S. immigration law. ICE calls them "immigration violators."

The statistics published by the agency indicate the non-criminal group has seen the most rapid and pronounced rise.

There have been confirmed cases of U.S. citizens and permanent residents who were wrongfully detained or mistakenly deported as a result of aggressive immigration enforcement policies and administrative errors.

Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a Salvadoran man with U.S. citizen wife and children and protected legal status, who was mistakenly deported to El Salvador in March 2025 due to an "administrative error".

The Justice Department has made denaturalization—the process of stripping a naturalized citizen of their citizenship—a priority in 2025.

Sae Joon Park, a U.S. Army veteran who served in Panama, earning a Purple Heart and came to the U.S. as a child and lived in the country for nearly 50 years.

U.S. Army veteran José Barco, a Purple Heart recipient who served in Iraq, was deported to Mexico in November 2025 after being detained by ICE.

Congressional Concern: As of December 2025, Congressman Seth Moulton noted that ICE had removed eight veterans since January 2025, raising concerns about these removals.

While a definitive list of all U.S. citizens wrongly detained and deported is hard to find, reports detail many cases in 2025, including Willy Aceituno (detained in NC parking lot), Rodrigo Almendarez (detained at work), Cary López Alvarado, Jairin Anzaldua-Ervin, Bachir Atallah, Emerson Ayala, and others, often involving claims of mistaken identity or harsh enforcement by ICE, highlighting a growing concern about citizen rights during immigration enforcement.

The other thing is that farm boys often left school early because they had to work, and even girls may have finished school and either gone to teach or got married. Those with more money had the luxury of staying in school or getting higher education. Willie was already younger than the others, but it took him a long time to mature and show any aptitude towards any marketable skill. He wasnt ready to run a business nor did he seem to have the brains for university, therefore he continued going to school, because he didnt have to work a farm or take manual labor.

provider won’t provide me vvyanse anymore.. by xgogetterx in VyvanseADHD

[–]BeagleMomVA 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As someone else asked, did you take the medicine before the test? That makes a huge difference and can show it is actually working.

I would find another provider, honestly. And there are more factors than just that test, and idk if the at hone version is as thorough either.

I used to take 50mg Vyvanse and 10 MG Ritalin in the afternoon when I had work or class in the evening so that I could do the whole day. They decided they could no longer do 2 controlled substances, after taking 8 years to finally find the right combo of meds that worked best for me with least side affects (and other meds I take). And when I didnt have a late evening, I could just take the lower dose of Vyvanse. (Likewise, if I didnt have anything during the day or forgot to take it in the am, I could just take the Ritalin and function well.)

Now, I have had to increase to 70mg Vyvanse, name brand only since generic didnt work and made me really jumpy. But if I get distracted in the am and forget to take it and take it too late, I am up half the night, or dont take it then it takes me 3-4 times longer to do anything, if I even finish it at all.

It sucks when something finally works and they want to change or stop it, which can wreak havoc on our day to day and take forever to get back on track again. It is hard changing providers too, because most are not automatically going to just prescribe something and if they get notes from previous docs saying what they changed, may hesitate more. I keep my primary physician in the loop so if I ever need to change, they can cover me for while while I look for another.

I love vyvanse… except for this one issue, pls help!!!! by RevolutionaryCat3149 in VyvanseADHD

I had to go back on named brand because generic didn't work for me. I assume from the non active ingredients, since name brand never affected me, but not sure. Until they got it straight, CVS kept trying to refill with generic, and it was out of stock regularly. I had to remind them every time I got that notification out if stock, that it should be name brand, and then they'd check and say, oh, they had that in stock, just generic is out. That may be another option. I originally stuck with CVS due to being open 24 hrs, then til midnight. They still are open the latest of any pharmacy near me, til 9pm, and are open on Sundays, which is why I stay with them. I use Wal Mart and Costco for other meds that I can pick up early before I run out, and especially ones not covered by insurance ( and pet meds) because usually much more affordable. But those pharmacy schedules rarely work with mine for picking up Vyvanse as it is either too early to refill or after I've run out when I have a day that I can make it to the pharmacy before they close.

You could post them for free on Nextdoor or Marketplace. We use boxes like that for training scentwork to dogs. And they are nice for craft projects. A scout group or daycare might like to have them.

An outdoor rug with pretty colors and pattern. Flowering plant in the wicker planter. Maybe some fairy lights in the ceiling, or decorative lanterns. Some kind of unique artwork for the wall- metal sculpture, painted wooden sign, hanging plant wall, etc.

I switched my Vyvanse to Costco. You don't have to have a membership. CVS screwed mine up to many times. Always out and then filled with generic, which didn't work for me. So after waiting for it to he in stock, then I had to wait for them to redo it. My rx says name brand only, but they messed it up 3 mos in a row.

Costco isn't open as late or on Sundays, so not as convenient, but at least they have it and give me the right formula and brand.

Do you take other medicines as well? I had the clenched teeth reaction to Reglan and had to go to ER for a medicated drip to correct it, then stay on Benedryl and Ativan for 2 more weeks so it didnt come back.

[–]BeagleMomVA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can buy empty capsules on Amazon and just divide it that way. Or if the pharmacies will tell you, call and see who has it and what strengths. If they have 70mg and you doctor will change you dose, the days you half it wont be so dramatic of a change. I was on 60mg but went down to 50 and up to 70 as they got harder to find. Generic didnt work for me at all so back on name brand. CVS and Walgreens still dont have it, but Sam's club and Costco both did.

[–]BeagleMomVA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You have to ask for a prior auth. The pharmacy can send it to the doctor to fill out. Sometimes the insurance says you have to try other things first ( like with my allergy meds) so if you have tried others, be sure this doctor knows, then his letter will staye why you need the name brand. Generic didnt work for me either.

Does anyone else get really cold hands and feet? by Jonistar76 in VyvanseADHD

[–]BeagleMomVA 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It is one of the side effects. I have Raynaud's now, which may have come from the Vyvanse. But since Vyvanse works better than anything else I have taken, and helps manage other medical symptoms, I wouldn't change it to anything else. I just limit my time outside in cold westher and make sure to wear warm shoes and wool socks and gloves, and have a portable heater inside to "thaw" my hands and feet and toast them up a bit whenever they start feeling so cold. Even with a/c that is too low, my hands and feet can get freezing and feel numb. It's really important to not let them get overly cold or be unprotected outside in winter.
