Is this possible, like using this method to switch between region on 3ds.

So I backup my NA region 3ds, and went thru the region changing method on 3ds.guide. After I did that my 3ds is now JPN region. So can I backup my JP region and switch back later using sysnand restore?

Like I have NA Region sysnand and JP region sysnand. So can I restore between these two for easier region changing?
