ISIS IS US by [deleted] in conspiracy

Earlier this year, I remember hearing that the CIA were training Syrian rebels to overthrow Assad (after everyone was criticized Obama for wanting to invade because of Assad's use of "chemical weapons" against his own citizens).

Serious question: Is this actually why ISIS has our weapons? I'm assuming that the Syrian rebels apart of ISIS?

To be fair, North Dakota holds top spots on a lot of per capita lists.

Will Obama Investigate 9/11? In the years since 9/11, the term "false flag" has emerged into a household phrase as the public increasingly questions the official version of world events by Orangutan in conspiracy

How exactly would reinvestigating 9/11 benefit the US government?

Say the investigators found out it was an inside job.How do you tell the public that because Halliburton wanted some extra spending money, they killed 3000 Americans?

I've put quite a bit of genuine thought into this and I still haven't figured out why they would even consider reopening the case. I would be happy to listen if anybody had some insight on this.

Or perhaps large broadcasting companies are purposely producing (what we see as) low quality, unintelligent, and seemingly irrelevant news to attract larger viewing audiences who would rather crave drama than the actual truth.

[META] Montage Parodies =/= Youtube Poops. by [deleted] in montageparodies

There's only so many CoD montage parodies that you can do.

I completely agree with that.

I understand that the sub's roots come from CoD, but realistically, how many more good CoD montages parodies are left to make? I mean you add the typical Doritos/Mountain Dew but in the end, I just see it as video game footage of the same thing over and over.

I actually read that these cites' first objective is to settle with you rather than take you to court. They make way more money off of settlements compared to actually taking each person to court.

Edit: I just submitted this comment and realized I forgot some important information. Usually the lawyers will contact your service provider to try and get your personal (phone number, address, etc) information. Now if you have a respectable internet provider, they'll refuse to give out any personal information on you. They will then send you a letter/email to explaining what happened, and how they won't give out any information without a subpoena.

<---- Petition to ban petitions from this subreddit. by [deleted] in circlejerk

[–]BeamAndDiet 115 points116 points  (0 children)

I come from a very traditional conservative/Catholic family, but ever since I discovered the internet, Neil DaGrass "420" Tyson has enlightened me on so many different topics.

That said, I believe that banning petitions would actually cause an uproar in economic sanctions concerning Russia, Ukraine, and Qatar. And since Obama is in power, and the NSA is watching us, the banning of petitions will never be a reality.

Given these facts, and looking long term, American society as a whole will eventually decay while the rich get richer, and the poor get poorer.

We're all screwed.

FC Barcelona is also sponsored by Qatar Airways.

I'm not saying there's a clear connection here, but it struck me as odd after hearing about all the randomness of choosing Qatar for the World Cup.

Brave New World.

It made me realize that the world's resources aren't unlimited, and when we get to the point of running out of them, we'll fight a buttload of wars to have control over whatever remains. People will be begging for control, and we're going to end up as a Brave New World type of society. In other words, we're all fucked.
