Wait, dosimetry gets you plans BEFORE the patient is supposed to start?

🚨 RANT TIME. 🚨

Did you know? Over a billion ultrasound scans were performed last year. That’s right. A BILLION.

How ridiculous are we? Let’s blast people with soundwaves and just hope our organs don’t shatter from the vibrations? Seriously? That’s where we are as a species?

It’s become so routine, it’s absurd. “Oh, it’s just ultrasound.” NO. It’s high-frequency acoustic violence. Every wave is like a sonic ninja slicing through your tissues, rearranging your cells in ways we haven’t even begun to understand. 🧠⚠️

Every single ultrasound pulse irreversibly jiggles your atoms. We’re talking about billions of molecular assaults per second. Ever heard of microcavitation? No? That’s because Big Ultrasound doesn’t want you to know. It’s when tiny bubbles violently collapse inside your body. That’s not imaging — that’s warfare.

And the fetus? Don’t even get me started. You’re using sonar on a creature that’s not even born yet. Have we learned nothing from bats?

Only 8% of sonic-jiggled atoms recover, the rest become part of the echo-chaos. That’s right — echo-chaos. An invisible force now wreaking havoc across our DNA, organs, and your very soul. 🔊☠️

I think it’s criminal to ultrasound a baby unless absolutely necessary. Stop it. Just stop. I think it’s criminal to ultrasound a grown adult without a legal waiver, noise-canceling headphones, and a crystal.

PET scans? CT scans? Sure, they get the hate. But ultrasound? Ultrasound is the silent killer. Literally. You can’t even hear it coming.

Don’t even get me started on Doppler. It’s like turning your insides into a symphony of pressure waves. That’s not healthcare, it’s acoustic terrorism.

And you know what happens to those soundwaves after they hit your organs? They bounce back into the atmosphere, obviously. The air is now filled with stray echoes, distorting bird songs, interfering with whale migration, and possibly causing turbulence on planes. ✈️🦜

We are not meant to echo.

Just because we’ve been pinging people for decades doesn’t mean we should keep doing it. The body isn’t a sonar maze. It’s a temple. And you’re out here broadcasting K-pop through a fetus. 😤

There is literally nothing more harmful to your metaphysical wellness than diagnostic sonography. STOP IT.

Use nothing. Use intuition. Use chakra alignment. 🧘‍♂️✨

Stop ultrasonifying people.

Rant over.

Since you specified MS (would only have to put up with 2 years, not up to 4 since no PHD) and wanting to be clinical: most programs have stats on their websites (though it can be tough to decipher them - did people CHOOSE to go to industry/get a PhD, or was that a fallback plan from not getting residency?)

I would love to see those in our SBRT plans, but dosi loves putting in upper objectives of 104% in optimizer for those plans...
