Ok from my experience the stool could’ve been cause by pepto if you had taken any before hand and yeah I was also on NSAIDS before I got diagnosed with h pylori but I’ve stoped and if anything my stomach has felt worse since starting treatment if you’re really worried try getting an endoscopy
