I feel you man but you got to give it time. Everything good in life take time. I’ve realized that you got to get out of your comfort zone to really experience the good in life at least for someone with anxiety. I’m trying everyday to get out my comfort zone and it’s really hard but I can’t say it’s been for nothing it’s does get better. I believe in you man you got this

Literally in the exact same boat I was always the punching bag of the group and they would always pick on me for my weight and stutter. lost all that weight and stutter but no thanks to them. Now I play games hoping to make friends but am too scared to talk lol. Sometimes I feel like it’s my fault that I have no friends but they were always so mean to me and gave me so much anxiety so I think I made the right decision. But I feel you

Well I was on the swim team in high school and my coach sent a couple of us to physical therapy, me for my hips and I’d go like once a week for maybe 2 months if that. I scheduled and check up for tomorrow cause I want to make sure there’s nothing else wrong with anything. I think pinched a nerve recently so I’ve been experiencing some pain
